First, I love flowers, especially wild flowers, and enjoy taking pictures of flowers.
Second, in the Bible, "Sharon" was associated with flowers such as in Song of Solomon 2:1 where it mentions the "Rose of Sharon." Sharon was a large plain at the foot of Mount Carmel. This Plain of Sharon was known for its beauty because of all the flowers that grew in the fertile soil. Sometimes the area was called "the garden of Palestine."
This website, therefore, is like a garden and I've planted many flowers on the home page. Many of the other pages also incorporate different aspects of God's creation and the beauty God desires all of us to experience through nature, relationships, everyday living, and most importantly--getting to know him.
